At MOOVES, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition. Our goal is to ensure your style journey is seamless, from the first click to the final wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
